People are beginning to pay close attention to these social networking websites
People from all around the world are using the world wide web ( incase you didn’t know, thats what the www. stands for when you go to visit a website – world wide web . the site you visit . com ) to meet and talk with new people on a daily basis.
People from Germany, Russia, Japan and many other countries can all get together daily on social networking sites like Facebook and discuss anything from world news, home business, arts and entertainment, religion and a vast variety of many other topics.
My father and I were talking about this not to long ago and that he could remember that the only social networking back in his day was the CB Radio. The only real similarity between the CB radio and facebook was the ability to talk with people you did not know but unless you had a special license to use a ham radio, you were limited to talking with people in your own country.
Technology is a pretty amazing thing and with it we all have the ability to share this new world together. The way I explained it to my younger brother is like this, if we were caveman, this new technology would be like fire!
Facebook is like the living room in our home, we can relax and just let it all hang out and at times a few of us seem to push the envelope by posting some things that can later on be just a tad bit embarrassing but hey none the less we are just being ourselves right, some will come to love us, hate us or even not give a damn.
Finally, a friend had mentioned to me that Myspace is working hard on making a comeback by adding a new state of the art music player and other tools for musicians, will this work, I guess we will have to wait and see.
