I was listening to the Rush Limbaugh show today when he was talking about how bad the economy was and was a bit perplexed by what he had said. I was not so much perplexed when Rush mentioning how bad the economy, we all know that already but what he said within that conversation had me thinking "ARE YOU SERIOUS??!!" Rush mentioned that a 17 year old high school student had sold his KIDNEY to buy an Apple iPad - ARE YOU SERIOUS!

After looking into this story I had really learned that a teenager from China sold one of his kidneys to buy an iPad 2, Chinese newspaper the Global Times reported Thursday.

The 17-year-old boy, known only by the name Zheng, had re-searched the web to find a buyer who would pay 22,000 yuan ($3,400) for the kidney.

Zheng privately without any family knowledge then traveled north to a hospital in the city of Chenzhou in Hunan province, Zheng was then operated on under the supervision of a kidney-selling agent.

Zheng returned home with an iPad 2 and an iPhone. Zheng was then forced to explain the reasons of the scar and the apple products.
